Professional Learning Planning
The Badging Program will be a new professional learning opportunity for teachers to learn more about technology tools. The goal is for them to learn more of what interests them and put those tools in their “Tech Toolbox”. This will be a voluntary program.

The Teacher Tech Goal will be a required program to participate in, however all teachers will be able to select their own specific Teacher Tech Goal. Technology is here to stay and it is important that our teachers learn how to use it. However, because our teachers are all at different levels in their knowledge and comfort with technology it is critical that they have the ownership of creating the goal that is most beneficial for them. This goal is not evaluative and cannot be used in teacher observation documentation, unless the teacher chooses to have this goal be one of their T-TESS goals.
