Leading Change
Change in any organization can be met with many different emotions and obstacles. In order for new initiatives to be successful, there needs to be plans and collaboration to make it successful.

First, we must decide the Why, How, and What of our innovation plan. If we don't have these three things set up clearly, the rest of our plan will crumble before it begins.

Now that we know our Why, How, and What, we need to plan how to influence our group. This influencer strategy lays out more details of the Innovation Plan and explores how motivation and ability, both internal and external, will play a part in the implementation of the new plan.

Next, we move onto execution. The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) model meshes well with the Influencer Strategy, but it focuses more on the mechanics of the plan instead of the motivation and ability.

In the 4DX model, we explore the four disciplines and the 5 Stages of Change.
