Allowing Teacher Choice in Integrating Technology in the Classroom

School districts around the world have been implementing new technology into their classrooms for decades. Some districts are always the first ones to try something new while others may have to wait due to a variety of reasons. Regardless of when the new technology is introduced to the classroom one thing remains the same. We have to make sure the teachers know how to use it and find it useful. If we do not train them on how to use the new technology and show them how to properly utilize it, the technology will never be used to its full potential, if at all.
