Looking back at this course, this may have been one of my favorite classes. I'll be honest in that I'm starting to feel a bit burned out but this class kept my interest and I kept wanting to learn more. I enjoyed reflecting on my own learning philosophy, re-visiting my growth mindset plan, and designing my innovation plan course further. I also really appreciated how the discussion questions fit in perfectly with our assignments and readings during that time.

Speaking of discussion questions, this is also the course that I've done the best at keeping up with those. I believe it was due to the timeline that Dr. Grogan set up for us from the beginning. The visual that she created with the due dates was extremely helpful. In addition, having those timelines helped me stay on track and not let something (like discussion posts) be pushed to another day. In past classes, I've been struggling with keeping up with the discussion posts and replies because there were no real "due dates" other than the end of the course. Looking at how well I kept up with them in this class, I believe that I'll create my own due date chart like Dr. Grogan set up in future classes to help me stay on track. I managed to do my initial reply to all posts on time (if not early) and even got all of my responses in as well. Well, all except one. I realized today when I was looking back that I missed one response on my last discussion post.

The feedback that I received on my assignments helped me go back and make revisions where necessary to improve the assignments. In addition to making sure I did revisions, I also read all materials and watched the videos posted throughout the course. While I was not able to attend class live due to church obligations, I did watch the recording each week and found them to be very helpful and beneficial.

While I did stay current on my discussion posts better than in previous classes and completed all work by the due date, I did not take on much of a leadership role. My collaboration with my peers was limited to discussion replies and messages with members of previous groups I've had while at Lamar. Due to my lack of leadership and lack of collaboration, I would give myself a grade of 85/100 for this assignment.
